I purchased this toothbrush almost three years ago, and it recently stopped working. Considering the price tag of $400, I expected better durability, especially since the warranty only lasts two years. In contrast, my Oral B electric toothbrush, which I bought for $100, has lasted over a decade without any problems. I expected much more from this product.

I have used Sonicare Electric Toothbrushes for many years and dewcided to upgrade to their best model. I have had nothing but trouble from day 1. The Bluetooth constantly disconnects and the brush brushes extremely hard and vibrates in your mouth. I have called and emailed Sonicare multiple times over a 3 month period and it takes them 2 weeks to get back to you. Philips Customer Service is not what it used to be. I ended up sending it back for a refund which will take months to get.

Expensive, but worth it compared to entry level Phillips. Have not compared to other upscale Phillips products. Its changed my brushing routine for the way better.

My toothbrush was delivered without a head. Best buy won't offer any options to replace it or send a new head because I'm outside of the return window (by just a couple of days) following the holiday period. This is a knock on Best Buy, not the toothbrush itself, as I haven't been able to use it.
