Really won't know if its truly working until my next visit to the dentist. However, I did perform my own test. I brush my teeth like normal then used the air floss. I then flossed with regular floss to see if any food residue was still in between my teeth. Results came back clean...so I guess it works. I can definitely feel the air and fluid flow through the gaps in my teeth.
