It works as far as I know. I still use the water pick adjacent to my oral B electric tooth brush. But I feel like all this typing out reviews is a waste of my time. Unless I have a complaint, I don't like the hassle.

I didn't expect the air flosser to pulse the air/water flow. I feel clean in the end and am glad I tried something not truly knowing what all to expect. I'm still skeptical that this could actually replace proper flossing. That was my hope. I don't regret giving the item a try though.

Works really good in conjunction with flossing. Though i like using 5his much more than floss. I feel like my mouth becomes cleaner and fresher since i use mouthwash for the bursts.

Like it because I can't floss well. The unit holds enouch liquid for one treatment. I have the refil stand which works well. The only downside is the air floos only works for about a year.

My teeth have wide spaces, because of bone loss and gum recession, this airfloss is really excellent in removing the food debris, without hurting my gums, as when I use toothpicks

I was very skeptical before I bought but after first use I am sold! It work awesome. I hate flossing and this is a great substitute. My teeth feel Like I just visited the dentist.

Works decent but I find myself reaching for floss because this device doesn’t really get in between the gums as well as I initially thought. I do like how you can interchange the liquid in the reservoir.

Works as advertised and does what it should do very effectively. I prefer this much more than alternatives such as the Waterpik. Less of a mess and more precise.

Pressure of this pushes nozzle out and leaks the mouthwash all over. Attachment does not stay in locked position at all. No replacement heads for this item.

Works great, all these tiny bits stuck between your teeth are gone. Not sure about the sturdiness of the product. I had to exchange the first one I got after it died after a few weeks. The new seems ok.

This item gives you an extra boost of confidence after manuel flossing. I don't use everyday but at least twice a week for that extra freshness or when manual flossing time is limited. You really don't have to floss anymore with this item but I can't help it.

This is a nice idea to get flossing done and make it fun actually but bad execution from Phillips. It is not very powerful and it would have been nice to have a setting for it. For me it doesn't do the job that manual flossing does. Oh and their rebate department is ridiculous.
