A possible reason for why your AirFloss might be less powerful is because the nozzle and reservoir vent are clogged or dirty. To clean the nozzle, please remove it from the handle and rinse it with warm water. We advise you to clean it after each use to eliminate the residue. To clean the reservoir vent (located where you put water/mouthwash), take a damp/moist paper towel or cotton swab, and wipe along the inside edge of the reservoir door opening, especially on the top area. The good news is I paid for 2 yr warranty and Best Buy gave me a new flosser. The bad news is that I was informed that my 2 yr warranty was voided because they replaced my broken flosser and I would have to pay for a new warranty only 5 months into my original 2 yr warranty. Incredibly deceitful company.

Effective Flosser
