The airfloss unit started to beep and would no longer work within three weeks of use. Best buy's return policy only allows for exchanges and refunds within 15 days. I called phillips and they will be sending out a replacement unit. I researched the issue online and was surprised to see that many others had the exact same problem. I would suggest you research this product outside of best buy's website before purchasing.

Great product, but I tend to use it in the shower so the water doesn't end up splashing all over the mirror.

This is the best water flosser I have found, its is small and compact and battery operated so it is quite handy to use and travel with.

This product takes away any excuse for flossing. Since purchasing this great product I am on target with my flossing objective.

First issue with this item is Roadie delivered it to the wrong address. A neighbor brought it over after Best Buy ignored my DMs that it was never delivered. Now on to the review. Initially I loved this item until it stopped working. Will return and exchange. Hoping the second one works better.

Just not as good as a water pick. There is a reason you see Sonic Tooth Brushes sold as part of water-pik stations. This Air Flosser worked so bad I used my old Water pick that had a weak pump after and got allot of stuff out of my teeth. Great concept but poor performance. I returned this item. I usually keep stuff I have used unless its broken. This was so bad I Brought it back. Using it properly which I was. Was like pretending to clean your teeth. I do love the Sonic Care TOOTH BRUSH I have. I would highly advise buying their tooth brush. I have owned other brands and this one really cleans well. Crest whitening and gum tooth paste work well with it. In seven days my teeth were as clean as they could get and allot whiter. So the Tooth Brush is a great item. Do not waste money on the flosser.

Makes teeth feel cleaner after a few days. Teeth feel fresh after each cleaning since you can use mouthwash.
