However, it stopped working 52 after first use. It’s seems that the battery doesn’t hold charge. Left it over night in the charger, pick it up next day and it doesn’t even try to pump once. It just dies.

There could be multiple solutions to that, for example, fully charging your device for 24 hours straight, making sure that the power outlet is live and working, and that there are no metal surfaces or other chargers nearby. which could interfere.

Not nearly as effective as my old WaterPik

Although UltraFlosser design was appealing and used less water it had less power (even with the triple burst) it just did not get the job done. I will be returning it a getting a new model of what I had.

It functioned well but the switch broken too early. This one was given a name "professional", but has much less power. In addition, the opening of the water jet is too large, it also reduced the jet power. Eventually, I bought an "ultimate" model, and replaced the "pipe" from my old model (it has smaller water opening, so has more "jet power")
