When it broke (my error) - I bought the next best thing - the Ultra. After charging for 24 hours - I went to use it and whether it was water or mouth wash - the liquid did not come out. Sadly, I had to return it.

Guess I am the fool this time

After about 2 weeks of use, it would turn on but then would automatically click off. Now, it won't even turn on. When it worked, it was great - unfortunately it only worked as intended for 2 weeks! The last Sonicare AirFlosser that I had worked flawlessly for years but it eventually died so I replaced it with this one. I'll return/exchange it but am a little leery now of Sonicare's current quality!

It broke within a month, whatever liquid you put inside always leaks, and it just doesn’t have the power it should.

Have you tried cleaning the vent? There is a small vent in the reservoir door opening to let air in as water is drawn out. If the vent is blocked, it will reduce and eventually stop the water flow. To clean the reservoir vent, follow the steps below: 1. Take a damp/moist paper tower or cotton swab 2. Wipe along the inside edge of the reservoir door opening, especially on the top area 3. Rinse well with cold tap water and ensure that there are no debris/dust left Ensure that there is no debris from the paper tower or cotton bud inside the reservoir area..
