It broke within a month, whatever liquid you put inside always leaks, and it just doesn’t have the power it should.

Have you tried cleaning the vent? There is a small vent in the reservoir door opening to let air in as water is drawn out. If the vent is blocked, it will reduce and eventually stop the water flow. To clean the reservoir vent, follow the steps below: 1. Take a damp/moist paper tower or cotton swab 2. Wipe along the inside edge of the reservoir door opening, especially on the top area 3. Rinse well with cold tap water and ensure that there are no debris/dust left Ensure that there is no debris from the paper tower or cotton bud inside the reservoir area.. I hope it lasts at least as long --3 yrs.

Although I have nothing to actually compare it to, it exceeded my "expectations" out of the box. Aesthetically, it's well designed and compact. It didn't replace flossing but significantly helped to remove food particles between my teeth and made my mouth feel fresh and clean. I practically couldn't wait to brush my teeth so I could use it. However, after about A WEEK - it suddenly STOPPED WORKING. I see from other reviews that it isn't the first time this has happened. Although it was great while it lasted, I'm hesitant to buy it again because the quality of Philips Sonicare is not what as it used to be.
