Avoid & buy Waterpik

I’ve now had 3. After a few weeks, on a full charge the Airfloss would stop working when you push the activation button making the product useless. First died after a week & exchanged for the 2nd that lasted 1 month. Still waiting for the 3rd, back ordered from Customer Service. Go Waterpik

Worked great but would not charge after 2 weeks

We appreciate the time you took in writing us a feedback about your AirFloss Ultra Flosser. How unfortunate to hear that your daughter is experiencing some troubles using it. We would be happy to share some insights to improve her usage.
First off, turn on the device by pressing the power button, then place the nozzle tip between the teeth at the gum line and remember to slightly close the lips to avoid any splashing. Then, press the activation button to deliver 1-3 burst of air and water between the teeth. In case of leakage from the nozzle, we would suggest to remove the nozzle and re-insert it to make sure it is correctly placed. Normally, there should be only be a small gap between the nozzle and the handle. Also, please make sure there is not too much water inside the reservoir, since the excessive one will be released.
You also referred to a loud noise coming from the device. If the AirFloss is making a whistling sound, we would recommend to clean with a moist cotton swab the reservoir vent inside the water tank and rinse it with cold tap water to make sure there are no debris left inside.

I exchanged it with no problem. Same thing happened to the new one which worked only a few days. Later bought one online...Same problem!!! Wish the manufacturer would address the issue!
