    This worked very well for a few months, but now it doesn't turn on anymore. Poor build quality unfortunately.

    Not a "water pik"

    I bought this because i thought it would be a constant stream but using air as well. It is more like a puff of air with some water each time you press the button. You have to position the head over each tooth or between each tooth, then press the button and a puff of air and water hits that area. then move and repeat, for each tooth. very cumbersome to use. I ended up returning it and got a water pik.

    Dont ever use with mouthwash

    Dont ever use with mouthwash ever, otherwise it will cease to function. Water only and it will last.

However, mouthwashes containing Isopropyl Myristate or high concentration of essential oils should not be used as they can damage the plastics in your AirFloss.     It’s a awesome little system but not worth the rediculous price. It did everything well but I feel like a $40 system would of done the same

    This unit works on a Pults not a steady stream so that doesn’t work for me

    I had this product for 1 month and it stopped working. It would not take a charge. I had to call customer service.

    I am not impressed with this product. It does not seem to work as good a a standard water pick and the mouthwash option made it very messy.

    I bought this unit and it lasted 3 weeks to the day. I no longer had the box otherwise I would have taken it back to best buy and got e refund instead I was out almost $70. Very unhappy with this purchase.

    This airfloss was perfect addition to my Sonicare toothbrush; however, after 3 months the machine ceased to exist with powering on. I tried all the tips and tricks with no response. It's like it just ran out of gas on the final lap......So disappointed...Hopefully philips will make good on their warranty since I'm out of BB return policy......Good Luck with this model

    Stopped working after 2 weeks

    Pump stopped working after 5 uses. Fully charged, power button lit up, but the spray actuator did nothing. My previous generation of AirFloss lasted a year before it failed. Really have to question the product quality.

    It was great until it stopped working. Since they don’t have the product available I can’t even get a replacement through Phillips. $80 down the drain. Seriously, don’t waste your money on this just buy regular floss. It’s way cheaper and works better than this junk.

    I’ve used it five times and it does not work anymore call numerous times and just got the runaround allegedly ones being sent out still have no information about it tracking information in an email sonicare representative does not speak English rude as hell waste of money

    Unit will not fully charge

    Had to return this product as it would not charge. Warranty card inside the sealed box had an offer of an additional 6 months, but that expired 12/31/2019 (20 months ago), so manufacture of this unit had to have occurred months prior to that date. Best Buy did handle the return promptly with no issues.
