    I was forced to give one star because choosing NONE was not an option..Buyer beware!!!!... For what this gadget cost I am shocked at what a useless hunk of junk it is. Unfortunately I redeemed $100 in points rewards so I can't get a refund. Would definitely not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

    This thing is garbage. It literally gave out the day befofe the return period ended. And i couldnt return it because i work 6 to 6 so i had no time so now i am stuck with an expensive water flosser that doesnt even function. I do no recommend. Waste of money and time.

    I wouldn't necessarily recommend this to a friend. I have an Waterpik Water Flosser that is far better. I was hoping I could use something that wasn't nearly as bulky as the Waterpik but this Sonicare is only good in a pinch when pressed for time. Don't waste your money.

    Purchased AirFloss and it has worked well. I really liked this type of AirFloss over the other brands. However 11 months in the AirFloss no longer works. I will be researching other products and will attempt to contact Philips for a replacement.

    This sonicare flosser didn't even work for a week. I've purchased other sonicare flossers and loved them. I discarded the box assuming I wouldn't have a problem this quickly and my loss. I can't return it and it died within a few days. I tried charging the battery and it squeeks, that's it! Don't waste your money on this one.

    These are worthless. I have had 4 of them. Paid for 2 and they provided 2 replacements. Keep thinking it is me. But each one has lasted 6 months and then they quit. I give up!

    Run from this product. Received my 2nd unit 3 days ago, first one died after a week. This one didn’t even make it the week before it died. Loved using it, did its job but not looking to get a new one every week. 2nd one on its way back.

    I have purchased a previous model twice before and loved it. This particular one (and updated version) did not work. I charged it for 24 hours then used both water then mouth wash and all I got was puffs of air. Had no choice but to return it.

    This was a bad purchase. It just stopped working after another 2 months. It looked like it was charged but when i hit the button to start it, nothing. Very disappointed with sonic are on this one.
