    The water was leaking from somewhere. As it is it holds very little water. The pulse action is very annoying and I plan on returning this due to the defect. Will not be getting this same unit going back to waterpik

    The first trial, after few weeks stopped working, replaced by Philips, now the second also stopped in the second month. Different issues in both situations, showing how fragile or how bad it is.

    Replacement Heads are Impossible to Find

    Returned it before even using it because the replacement heads are impossible to find! Looks like a great product but it’s useless if you can’t buy replacement heads.

    I needed a water flosser. I was trying to avoid the sink space a big one consumes. The water leaked out of this product, and I barely finished my teeth before the water was gone.

    I don't think this did anything. Returned and bought the waterpik that actually uses water. This one uses very little water and air which doesn't feel effective enough to actually clean between teeth.

    I thought this could replace the actual floss, turns out I was wrong……not clean enough as regular flossing, waste of money. I only bought this because I like their sonic toothbrush, thought it's gonna be as good as thier other products, unfortunately not.

    did not care for this product. returned because I don't feel like the burst was enough to remove plaque. Of course nothing is as good a manual flossing but this wasn't even close.

Have you tried cleaning the vent? There is a small vent in the reservoir door opening to let air in as water is drawn out. If the vent is blocked, it will reduce and eventually stop the water flow. To clean the reservoir vent, follow the steps below: 1. Take a damp/moist paper tower or cotton swab 2. Wipe along the inside edge of the reservoir door opening, especially on the top area 3. Rinse well with cold tap water and ensure that there are no debris/dust left Ensure that there is no debris from the paper tower or cotton bud inside the reservoir area..     Returned it, I don’t like the way it sprayed, and made of cheesy plastic. I was amazed. I have been using Sonicare tooth brushes for over 25 years.
