Gets the job done. Can’t expect too much at the this price point

Smooth body makes it slippery and awkward to hold. At least it's powered with an outlet plug rather than the under powered USB power. As a side note: I bought the TB online in January. ). It was a present so I wrapped it and had it in my closet until this week (March) when I gave it to my friend. Imagine our surprise when the box was opened and the travel case was missing. The box was obviously tampered with as it was was taped shut, which I did not notice when I received it. This will be the last time I buy ANYTHING from Best Buy. Looking forward to your bankruptcy; couldn't happen to a better company.

Bad quality, the head was losing and no vibration at all. I bought two of this models and all failed with same issues. All were used less than 1 year.

I didn't like it, it did not help me. I got pain in my gum when I used it.

The description of the product indicated it had two intensity settings and it doesn’t. I called Best Buy and went into the store and they could do nothing for me but had the nerve to tell me they were going to fix the error!

Broke after 4 months of one person using. Will be submitting a warranty claim, even if replaced with minimal hassle still not happy with quality of product.

So glad I got this. I had to retire my old e-toothbrush and swapping over felt like such a luxury since it's so quiet. Works great to clean the teeth in the far back since the brush head is so small. Holds a charge for a long long time! This version comes with a plug to the outlet, not just a USB cord. Highly recommend!

I like that it's not bulky and relatively quiet when using, aside from the buzz. I travel a lot so its easy to carry with me. The recharfe battery life is super long too.

This is a game changer. My teeth feel so much cleaner than before. Bought 2 pieces for myself and husband, both are very satisfied with it. Keeps charging for about a week.

I love this thing. It is far more powerful than the pricier models with more features. It only has one speed: BEAST!

I feel that this item fits the "just OK" category. It works as described but has two shortcomings in my opinion. One is that the brush that comes with it is way to stiff and could injure someone with tender gums or caps. This can be resolved but requires another purchase of a softer brush to correct. The second is that the brushing motion can tend to be too violent It would be nice if there was a speed adjustment on the vibration.
