Q: Is this product safe to use on one's erogenous zones?
A: I really don't know. Never thought to even try it in those areas. If you do and find it appealing or satisfying, do let me know. I hope I have not been missing out on a special sensual sensation for all these years. Again, let us all know what your specific experience is with it. But if it is fabulous in those areas, you can expect quite a hefty price increase.
A: Only way to charge mine is by the included cgarging stand that plugs into wall...there is no USB port, nor is there a way to plug charging cable directly into handle...charging by stand only

Q: what is the cost of replacing the brush and where to buy the refills from?
A: You can buy the brushes from various retailers. There are "specialty" different brush heads to choose from. Check your favorite retailers online. I don't think we are allowed to mentioned the names of other specific retailers or prices on this site. An individual brush head lasts about 3 months, at twice a day brushing length of 2 minutes each time. I would estimate the current price for each brush head is in the $8 - $10 price range. Often, you can find them in larger sized bulk packages at prices less than this at warehouse retailer membership clubs. There are also generic brush heads that are made for this item that are less in price. I cannot comment on their quality, effectiveness, or durability since I have never used them.
Q: Is this toothbrush safe to use with braces?
A: Hi! All Philips Sonicare toothbrushes are suited for braces. However, do not force the bristles into the gaps of your braces.
