Customers are saying

Customers praise the ProtectiveClean 4100 for its exceptional cleaning ability, long-lasting battery life, and ease of use. Many also appreciate its affordable price and the helpful built-in timer. While some found the vibration level somewhat intense and noted a lack of advanced features or multiple cleaning modes compared to higher-priced models, the positive feedback on cleaning effectiveness and battery life outweighs these concerns for most users.

I always wanted to try one of these but the price always scared me away. This was reasonable so I gave it a shot and wasn’t disappointed. I’ve been using this for o er a month and it far and away the best tooth brush I’ve ever owned. I can’t compliment this enough. I am positive you will enjoy it too!

Most reasonably priced Sonicare i've seen. No frills but still cleans teeth better than anything else.

Super awkward at first but now I can't live without it. I will say though, it's very messy even though I'm very careful. You get splatters of toothpaste everywhere, some days worse than others. But it cleans great and doesn't irritate, AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HIS TO USE! I have caps and crowns and they seem to be okay for use. I was terrified at first because they felt like they were gonna fall out! But it turned out I wasn't use to the sensation. I was a long time user of regular electric toothbrushes (those 10 dollar Spin brushes) and thought it wasn't gonna be to different, but it's way stronger and eventually better. You'll notice a difference.

Fun color, but not Sonicare's highest quality

It's a good toothbrush, but not the best sonicare I've used. It sufficiently cleans and I love the pink color, but something seems a bit off. I can't tell if it is the sound or the feel, or possibly both, but it almost seems warped, or in need of a charge. I'm guessing it's because I'm used to multiple speeds because I have since gotten used to it so I think it is just that - a less expensive version has fewer features.

This is the best bang-for-the-buck toothbrush in the Sonicare line. It gets you all the important features without the frills you don't need. Just remember to buy some DiamondClean heads (the nicer heads that come with the more expensive Sonicare brushes).

This is my second Phillips toothbrush. First one worked over 4 years. It does what it should, teeth feels very clean and smooth after use. All you have to do is to charge once in while and replace brush heads. Built in timer makes cleaning consistent.

This version of Philips Sonicare is a bare-bones, no-nonsense, electric toothbrush. Using it is simple and enjoyable. It seems very effective, and the built-in timer (with zone change reminders) means that I get a complete and consistent cleaning at every brushing. An easy recommendation.

This toothbrush is light years better than the Oral B 1000 I replaced with it. You can feel the improved brush motion right away, battery life is really good, and it's easy to use. You don't need all the fancy features in a toothbrush... I expect this to last me years and years.

Purchased to replace a much older Sonicare model. Battery life is incredible and really does last about two weeks. Easy to operate and the reduced size of the charging unit is very nice for storage and also not taking up much counter space when in use.

I think the brush C2 is a little bit too hard in the beginning, but when I get used to it, electronic brush can really brush teeth well. and the 4100 is not expensive, and I think it's already enough for daily usage.

Gum isn't bleeding as frequently anymore, compared to regular old brushes. One cycle (from when it's started until it turn itself off) is plenty brushing to get squeaky clean. Battery's good too and easy to charge.

Really nice toothbrush. It stays charged long after it is unplugged. It stays on for two minutes at a time when it shuts off you'll know how long you have brushed your teeth.

It works great. It is easy to use, and the battery lasts a long time. I've had it for a month, used it every day, and have only charged it 3 times, and not because i though it was slowing down, but because I just hadn't changed it for a while.

This toothbrush is a little “powerhouse “. I was used to my old brush that was ready for the toothbrush graveyard. The difference was remarkable. Teeth feel clean again. Keep in mind this brush has only 1 setting. If you find it too strong a force you cannot turn it down. After a few days I became more comfortable with the 1 setting. For folks on a budget this brush offers a great value.

Such a great toothbrush. Battery life is amazing! I barely have to charge it. It’s not as bulky as most of the others. Just note that it is powerful, so if you’re extremely sensitive it might not be the one for you.
