Bought this to replace a lower model of the same toothbrush. I love that there is a setting for gum care on this one.

This was a replacement toothbrush for one that I bought about 5 years or more ago. There are so many models it was hard topick the right one since they last a good while. But the previous one definitely helped me wit my oral health so i hope this one will continue the trend. My dentist agrees :)

I purchased this thinking it was going to be on an upgrade from my prior sonicare but it’s not. The only increase was in the price. I had an issue with my prior sonicare that I called for warranty information and they were quite rude

Great product so far. Phillips Sonicare is our go to electric toothbrush.

Operates extremely quietly compared to older models.

In my opinion not worth the extra money, a less fancy $50 toothbrush would work just as fine. I’ve noticed little difference, though the speed/pressure options are great to have.

I bought this for my wife because her toothbrush was a few years old. She loves this and it's a better model than her old one.

Avoid purchasing from the Marketplace sellers at all cost. They flagged my item as "unable to return". The store tried to manually over ride but couldn't- even though the item was within the return window and unopened, and not on the list of unreturnable items. They said the marketplace had to handle their own returns,but the marketplace said Best Buy had to do it. They pointed the finger at each other. The marketplace came back several days later agreeing that I could send it in, but I didn’t trust them at that point to acknowledge receipt of the item or to credit my account, so I kept it. Toothbrush is great, but I wish I bought it from somewhere else.

Dog got ahold of my old sonicare- it does the trick!

Works well but replacement brushes are $40.00, not sure how long a brush head lasts

Works as promised. I purchased white this time (black previously) because I had a difficult time finding matching black colored replacement brushes.

Bought this to replace my pink Phillips toothbrush which started to sound like a Mac truck. ;-p This toothbrush is really nice. I love the color. The only issue I have with it that I wish it had a charging case like the other model. I don’t like the stand charging dock. The toothbrush can be knocked over easily.

Good tooth brush but needs a larger head on the toothbrush.
