    I had issues with the navigation going out then I replaced it and the Apple car play would not work... I finally swapped it out with a Kenwood! I have been happy with the Kenwood!

    It gets the job done-ish... It was installed crooked, which I was told can be fixed. It will not memorize my phone's blue tooth info. I am assuming that, that can be fixed as well?

    I wish best buy offered the 8201 the top of the line model. And I looked online after purchasing and found that I over paid by $300. The price was close to the price of the 8201nex online.

    Inputting location is not simple. Directions for turns are not timely. Stopping direction after arrival is not easy, it wants to keep taking you back when you leave again. Not a customer friendly unit.
