When I bought it, according to Best Buy web page, i had to buy some additional parts to get it installed at my car. My initial appointment was for December 7th. When I went to the best but car installation bay, the technician told me that it can't be installed because the parts listed online where wrong, so I have to return them and buy new ones (that cost almost double of the original ones). They don't have them on store so we have to order them and wait. We did so and rescheduled for Dec 28th. One day before (27th) i got an email that the part was delayed and i have to wait...so I called car services and they told me that i have to reschedule the installation when i get the part. I got an email today that the part is ready to pickup (Jan 10th). So i called again and they told me that the earliest schedule spot is January 29th!!!!. So A Christmas gift for my wife will take 2 months to be installed...my mistake for not going to a reliable car audio shop...i can't review the system because is sitting on my desk for a month... but I can review Best buy installation service... HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Unknowledgeable staff 3 trips 16 hrs to install

Ordered another harness. 6 more hrs of installation. On Star works but volume is so low you can not hear call. Had to go back a 3rd time to get usb and audio aux installed.

I love my new Pioneer!

It has so many extras - GPS, cassettes, radio and many more items still to discover. What a great plus from my expectations!!

The back up camera feature would not work

The factory radio worked considerably better.

From the NEX series ive purchased the 4100, 5100 8100 NEX models I now own the 5201 and i must say its not as good as my old ones. Every other model was able to read MP4 video. This 5201nex model lacks video formats, The constant does not seem to save my memory so everytime i turn on the vehicle, It goes back to factory settings . I would not waste my money on this particular model, The 8100 does alot more and its about the same price. And not to mention its a 7inch screen not a 6.2 . A reason why i was not able to install it on my vehicle was the size . But if you want a pioneer NEX that does it all weather its android or apple play with every codex in it. The 8100NEX would be your best option
