Pioneer the best of the best this stereo has great graphics

When it works, its pretty good. Had it replaced once already bc the first one sounded like you were listening in a tin can, no bass at all, no matter how much you played w the settings. Not sure if my issue is the radio or the install. The volume randomly drops to 3 after a driving a while. The door dinger to alert you when the doors are open with the keys in the ignition was set to go thru the radio, makes and awful noise.

This stereo is good nkt the best what i didnt like about this it says its a cd dvd palyer but it never lets me play any movie

This item, almost always returns to the first song on the usb containing my music. This is very distressing, to say the least. I have to forward to find the song that was supposed to be played. I would never buy another radio of this kind.

FM receiver is nearly not there. Tried several antennas and fades out all the time. Sounds not great in my Vette.

The blue tooth cuts out and the the usb does not work like it's supposed to

I decided to part with my avh3200bt as it was aging and was tired of hooking up a aux cable to listen to music, saw the 291bt on sale for $179.99 and decided to jump on the deal since it has a2dp to stream music via bluetooth. Just so you know, the wiring is not compatible since Pioneer swapped 2 pins over from one side to the opposite side and i figured since they were both double dins and Pioneer, they would match up. While I had the car torn apart, I decided to add in a back up camera as it has the ability to have a back up cam plugged, those of you wanting the lines, (park assist) this unit does not offer that option. Plays DVDs just like my old unit and the bluetooth mic plugs right in. All in all, its a good HU if you dont care for having the basics. This unit lacks theme colors, my old unit you could change the color of the buttons and the background separate, this unit does background on screen only and you get to choose out of the whopping options 3 colors, you cannot change the button color and default is blue. I am going to recheck my wiring but the quality picture of the back up camera is okay, nothing to brag about. this is as basic as it gets, but I can live with it

Second one I've bought, My brother got the last one with the car I gave him. Amazing upgrade to a 90's Volvo stock system. Can't wait to hear it in my Civic.

I had to replace my stock GMC stereo and I saw good reviews of this stereo and I made the right choice has great sound and easy to manage

I purchased this radio on a black friday special and was very happy with it until it stopped working, about 14 months after I purchased it. It is in a van that only gets driven about 3k miles a year, so the radio was barely used. I even took it to a authorized Pioneer shop to check the radio, and they said it is completely dead. The fuse never blew, the radio just stopped working. And of course I have a disk inside the unit that can not be removed.
