Its a great deck got what I need with Pioneer get it

I have found that if you are playing audio from your phone, it works better though USB with this device then bluetooth. On bluetooth, it doesn't seem to pair very well and the audio quality is diminished quite a bit vs the hard wire from a USB.

Music from radio stations is never very clear and our bluetooth settings does not work well. The only music that does work well is the USB. Not sure what to do with our problems. James Lee

I bought this car stereo as a replacement for a 3 year old Pioneer stereo that I had installed 3 years ago to replace the OEM Ford radio. I was disappointed the previous Pioneer only lasted 3 years. So far, this stereo has performed flawlessly. Hopefully it will last longer than 3 years this time.

I purchased the pioneer avh-x391bhs before Christmas. The only problem was when I tried to install it and that was user error. I bought the wrong wiring harness. Very nice unit. This is my first after market radio in a long time, love that the name of the song shows on the screen.

Touchscreen is very responsive. Equalizer is a little finicky and It cuts the sound or every time you make a small adjustment. Maybe a software update could fix this. Otherwise for the money you get a lot. It syncs quick. Once and a while it hiccups and music won't play. Time heals all.

Good performance. Only problem I have had is it may get hot and shut down in the summer. This has only happened a couple of times when the inside of the vehicle was really hot. Came back on when I got it cooled down.

Not usable with my vehichle as advertised. I guess it's a good radio. Also have to buy too many more parts to have it installed. Not Bestbuy fault.

I've been using the Pioneer AVH-X391BHS for about a month now and I'm pretry pleased with how everything is working. I haven't used the DVD capabilities yet, but that's not why I bought it. The sound quality is not amazing, but fine for the price.

I bought this radio for my boyfriends birthday. He loves it so much. Has hands free which he loves as well. Great customer service when we couldnt figure out how to connect his phone to the system as well.

Good double din radio but it is a little deeper then others because of the heat sink. I had to cut some additional plastic to get it to fit in my cash, even though I was replacing a existing double din radio.

Have a older Chevy Silverado. Install was fairly easy, (bought the new double din dash as well). But stereo works great, connects to my phone easily, touch screen works well. Overall, pretty satisfied.

Great brand. Great beginning for my nephews 1st vehicle. We didnt even know it til after the fact but he was looking at the same thing online the day before we bought it. He is gonna love it.

I replaced my 2006 GMC Sierra stock stereo with this product and it is great! Be careful when adjusting EQ settings as it is easy to over power stock speakersn even the upgraded Bose system.

It has everything you want in a modern stereo. It also is a little ahead of the game by having album covers appear next to songs, but not all stations provide this data yet. Its pretty cool feature

It was not our first choice, but it was available in the store and we purchased it. It turned out to be excellent choice! We like it!

This is a great stereo for anyone wanting to have plenty of control over their music. You get an equalizer, Audio/Video input and outputs plus DVD.

I payed for a in dash to be put in by geek squat and never Received a call to get a hook up looking for the installation that was supposed to done by geek squad
