Works well for the amount paid but Bluetooth takes a few tries to connect and if you shut off the car while listening to Pandora, sound does not work until you switch to radio then back.

HD radio works great. However the Bluetooth sounds poor. None of the apps seem to work with my iPhone X. Very disappointed to not be able to use Pandora as it was advertised.

Good stereo but definitely I wouldn't buy the open box version again, pieces were missing but I guess that's what you get with the open box

I have a I phone my wife has a android the radio has some issues when trying to use some of the features such as pandora with two different types of phones also with my I phone connected to the radio through USB the radio gets staticky and the volume cuts out and shows a error message, I should have just kept my trusty stock radio, very unhappy with Best Buy's short 14 day return policy

it doesnot work properly trhough bluetooth it freezes, i neen to reset it at least once a day

It's pretty good. Bluetooth connection takes a bit though. Screen not very bright but works ok

I like the stereo for my daughters car. I would prefer a knob for the volume

The HD radio signal is not very strong and goes in and out. It is a descent product for price

Needed to take back to the shop just after I got it for software updates. Would randomly put on my screen dialing unknown caller. Slow to load my phone every time I get in. Requires additional USB accessory cable to use features. If I'd know I'd have spent a little more and bought a Kenwood

I did not see any reviews, instead I took the advice of the sales person. I upgraded as he suggested. Even though it seems like a nice stereo, I expect better. Mediocre reception.

Best Buy of Pueblo took excellent care of me as a customer. However, the product worked for a few days then drained my car battery of all it's power and shut down the electrical components of the steering wheel. Was not able to control the heater at all. This was a big problem since it was Winter time. I will not purchase this product again.

Bought this, finally installed it, and after 90 seconds it says AMP ERROR and shuts down. google research shows this is a common problem due to poor quality control. Now i get to send this back to pioneer since bestbuy has a bad return policy, and get a refurbished unit when I paid for a new one that I couldnt even use.

Pandora app stops working.. the only way to listen to music is radio or Bluetooth.

"Wow" is the first word that comes to mind. A couple of years ago I replaced plastic factory speakers with some nice Kenwood speakers, The sound was okay but thin and a little harsh. I have wanted a new, more modern receiver with HD Radio for my 10 year old Camry, without breaking the bank. Best Buy had the AVH-X391BHS with free Geek Squad install. Note that the free install did not include the steering wheel controls which was something I wanted, so I paid to have it installed. I could have installed it all myself but it would have taken longer. It took Al from the Geek Squad about an hour and 20 minutes and he didn't even break a sweat. He had to file down the factory mounts with his grinder to make everything fit just right, something I couldn't have done. The end result is it looks great and the sound is even better than I expected, plenty of power and plenty of bass, with so many options! AM/FM and HD all sound and perform better than stock radio. I loaded the Pioneer AppRadio software on my iPhone but I really don't find it all that useful. Maybe in the next release if there is one or perhaps I need to spend more time working with it. A great install by the Geek Squad, of a great product. A small tip, the iPhone works better when connected to USB although it works fine in Bluetooth mode. Now wishing I hadn't waited so long for this obvious upgrade.
