Worst head unit ever. Big fan of pioneer but not this unit. Don't buy. Bluetooth issues, skipped all the time when connected to bluetooth. Horrible EQ options. Ended up returning for a NEX pioneer deck.

AM side stopped working late last year. FM side works for a few seconds then dies. The stock radio lasted 13 years.

It has been over 6 weeks since purchase. Could not get a installation date until Feburary.

I love this radio! the sound is great and I love the Bluetooth! the only problems I've had with it (after having it in my car for a little more than a month) is that: 1) I've lost my steering wheel controls and 2) I've lost easy subwoofer settings. But other than that its a great radio!

I was very happy that when I was looking for a car stereo, I found this one for a great sale price which included free installation. It had all the bells and whistles for which I was looking for to go into my "archaic" car. Bluetooth connected very well with my Samsung phone. The phone works great. Pandora seemed to connect almost immediately when I turned on the car but for some reason it now does not connect and I have to turn off/on my phone's Bluetooth to get it to automatically connect. Also, the thumb rating feature seems to be very sensitive and when I select the thumbs up it either senses thumbs down or next track which gets very annoying. Lastly, be cautions of the model you are purchasing because the salesman told me the one I purchased had the navigation on screen via the Waze app and when I had it installed, the tech told me it was not featured in the model I got. I was quite displeased by the lack of the salesman's knowledge on the different models. Overall, I do like it but the need to manually turn on my Pandora is very annoying.

Overall it works well. The radio tuner is good, pulls in stations better than many OE radios. Sound quality is excellent with the usuall EQ and pass filters. Back-up camera works well and automatically switches in about a second. The app radio didn't really do anything useful and I never used it again. One bug I found is it doesn't display the song info when streaming over bluetooth with some apps, even though the same apps work fine on other radios. Another is it does not display the album art on M4A files when playing from a usb drive, even though they display fine on an older pioneer radio I have.

Black Friday deal offering free install was too good to pass up so I added a back-up cam and Sirius tuner. Was a little concerned about how much this would add to the install price, but was offered a great deal by my install tech who did a fantastic installation job making my old SUV seem like new with the addition of this current technology.

I bought this radio because it look nice and had good reviews. Once it was installed it sounded great, but when the day went on and got warmer my stock steering wheel controls stopped working. at first I thought it was a defect so I went back and had the Geek Squad replace it. To later find out that they all do the same thing which is very disappointing but as long as you run the air it keeps it cool and it'll work as far as for winter with the heat on I'm not sure how it will act. so I may not be keeping this for too long but is good for someone who lives in an area that's not too hot and not cold

I bought this for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and so far, I couldn't be happier. I have the upgraded factory speaker system (Alpine speakers) and the sound output is incredible. It connects quickly and easily to my IPhone 6s, the microphone works great and I really like the interface, very easy to use. It is extremely customizable, not only the sound, but the look (theme, background etc). I love the HD radio as again, the sound output is so much better.I have read reviews about the length of time it takes to "boot up" once the car is started, I have found it takes about 4-5 seconds to connect to my phone. I have nothing bad to say about this product. if you want a great car stereo for a great price, I highly recommend this. One caveat, this is my first foray into aftermarket car stereos, so I don't have a lot to compare this to, but so far, I am ecstatic with this.

Love the radio, but cannot get the UBS to work. Have tried several flash drives and my Galaxy Note 8, and still nothing. Also, GPS is totally extra and very expensive. And was there a remote. I saw someone comment on using theirs.

Touch screen is not always responsive which is a huge problem considering that is one of it's main appeals. Often times it takes several attempts to get functions to work properly. Also, when paired with my iPhone via BLuetooth, the info on the screen doesn't always update as it changes on my phone (song titles for instance). Would recommend to friend only due to affordable price.
