I wished that I did a little more research on this product before I purchased it. I understand the problem of people driving with distractions but Pioneer could have explained the video viewing instructions in more depth.

There are too many things that it should do but doesn't You can't check voice mail doesn't let you enter pass code Step out of the vehicle and you lose connection and it doesn't reconnect automatically etc etc

I bought and installed in 09 Impala after best but installed said this is what I wanted for Android auto to work. After a few house of installing with cameras found out it's only compatible with apple.

Ordered this stereo new from the website. was sent an open box obviously used stereo. It was missing packaging, manuals, and hardware. Included wiring was slightly damaged. Contacted customer support with the request that the price be at least adjusted to the open box item price since that's what they sent me. They refused to do anything but an exchange, which would have cost me a week or two on the install. The radio itself is decent, sounds great, I would have given it 4 stars if not for the bad support.

When I first purchased this item I thought it had gps,After it was installed I realized it didn’t.l haven’t used the dvd because it wasn’t hooked up.Does not work well with an analog phone

For the most part it is pretty solid. Lacks many customizations that i was expecting. Nothing special honestly, would look at a different receiver.

Screen lags at times and recently I’m having problems with one of the buttons and it’s only a few months old.

Not what i expected from a 200 dollar unit. I think it sounds like crap compared to my factory unit. Definitely dont feel like i gained anything. My wifes dual in her 300 would blow my charger out of the water. 64 dollars vs 200. Same factory stereo. i don't recommend. only pros is the bluetooth and touchscreen is ok, nothing special.

Just ok is all. Was told by salesman it would mirror my phone and it doesn’t that’s the next level up

I bought this for my RV which is also my home. It was installed by Best Buy in Twin Falls, ID. It worked well enough except when bluetooth audio periodically wouldnt connect and the remote is useless. In February 2020 the touch screen died. I thought lucky I purchased Geek Squad protection. I called to set up an appointment in Kerrville, TX, where I was staying and was told they didn't do car audio and to call a store in San Antonio, which was "only" 60 miles away. I called and was told the earliest appointment was 3 weeks away at which time I have to be somewhere else. And of course if I do manage to get it in they will no doubt have to order parts or a refurbished radio. As a result I can look forward to a 2000 mile return trip to Idaho in a 30' RV towing a car without rear view camera or radio, just like we did it in the 1970's. I knew I should have ordered it from Crutchfield and installed myself.

Limited features on the touch screen. AM stations doesn't have reception. Bluetooth intermittent.

Can't pull up the weather. But it is a nice thing to have.

This radio doesn’t make sense as it is a newer model and it doesn’t have XM radio. What sense does that make.

It’s great when it works but half the time my iPhone isn’t sinking to the iPod setting.
