Product Fell "Way" below my expectations!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nelson installed my new radio after I explained to the original sales person and also to the installer on that day that my main reason for installing a new radio was in order that a USB port be installed as well, so that I could play my "1000" cd collection that i downloaded onto a thumb drive. After completing this daunting task I plugged it in to my and my cousin's samsung smart TV and all 1000 albums show up in "alphabetical" order. I also plugged the thumb drive into an old Dell desktop pc i own and lo and behold all 1000 cds show in "alphabetical" order. But after installing my new Pioneer radio the installer needed to provide me with an upgrade because the radio didn't recognize my data. After installing the second radio all of my cds came up on the screen but they were all mixed up! You need to page through hundreds of albums to locate the specific album you would like to play. This is unbelievable to me that the new Pioneer doesn't have the ability that our TVs and old desktop pcs have! I just don't get it. There must be a fix for this problem but i wasn't offered any help to resolve it the day it was installed. He tried but was at a loss of what to do. So at this point I need to pull over and park in order that I can find and select the album I want to play. It is very time consuming, to say the least.
