i bought thinking that it was gonna be able to use the controls with my steering wheel. Nut i canymt because it wasnt compatible. But its good anyway. It works great

Like the stereo, but rather have the one I originally wanted. Keeps disconnecting the bluetooth. Audio isnt the best playing a cd

This radio will serve its purpose as a basic radio. I missed a lot of the features of my stock radio however. We have two phones that we like to hook to our stereo via Bluetooth depending on who is driving the car. If you have more than one, this radio will not hook up automatically. Having to go in and hook to my phone manually every time I get in the car was so annoying. I gave it a week. We ended up taking this one back and trading for a radio with Apple play and better features.

2 stars because Best Buy would never schedule the install, nor be able to tell me when they could, that was included in the price of the unit due to Covid. I finally went to another shop to pay to have it installed. 3 days later, I get an email stating Best Buy is now scheduling installations. It seems installations would have been more touchless than curbside service. Best Buy is no longer my first choice for electronics.

The AM/FM Radio works great. BUT bluetooth may or may not connect. Using a Galaxy S9+ to pair with this radio and using Amazon Music/other music apps, the bluetooth connection is sporadic at best OR may just disconnect all together. Getting the phone just connected was a pain.

Radio cuts in and out on local stations. Not worth the money I paid for it.

Bought this radio and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately the display has gone out and I can't eject the CD that is in it. I've had this unit for about 8 months....I paid cash for radio and install and have lost my receipt. I would not recommend.

This was a large face Car Stereo, I was able to buy in store Dec 1 said delivery by Dec 23. never got delivery of item. Not sure status if was even shipped, not sure which since the tracking says: "WARNING: This item is still delayed. We're continuing to work on shipping it to you within the next few days. Warning: We're working on shipping this item. It's unlikely, but if your item isn't available by Jan 6, 2022, we'll issue a refund." I am probably getting charged interest on my card since I charged it... go figure

I hate to review this product, because I have no idea how it works or if we like it. We bought this for our son as a Christmas gift, but The "free installation" was over 2 months out from when we bought it. Still waiting.

I purchased this “open box” style under the impression that all parts would be present and in good condition. I received a stereo with damaged wires and missing Bluetooth pieces. The cardboard box was damaged and the stereo nearly fell out the bottom of it. Bestbuy had over a month wait to install it, and my car needed unexpected repairs before I was able to get an install. I regret not examining the box contents sooner, but as Bestbuy services and products have been generally reliable, there wasn’t a need for worry. I now know, buyer beware.

So I go online and purchase a car stereo and everything I need for the installation. According to the website everything I purchased was supposed to be the proper items for installation. I set the appt for the install and when I get there, guess what? Wrong parts. So now in order to get the radio installed I have to spend another $200 No thanks. Refund. Goodbye.

It is ok but I would purchase one that is little more expensive

This head unit is an entry level DDIN that has all of the basic functions that the average user Would need. Display looks outdated but not too bad. Overall, I’d recommend it!

This system is nice looking and that is about it. The Bluetooth stopped working on this stereo approx 2 months after I bought it. Expensive junk
