Poor bluetooth connection & worst interface

I installed in bestbuy geek squad tech services. I am not sure if they will replace this device for free or i need to pay extra amount for this replacement.

Open Box not in "Like New Condition"

The radio was poorly wrapped with fingerprints all over the faceplate. I mean really! Who ever packaged the radio didn't take the time out to even make the item look decent. If it were new or in a better condition I would have rated higher.
