Overall it's a good radio, it's got some neat features with the Android Auto and very customizable settings. HOWEVER, the reason I'm giving it such a low rating is because when connected via Bluetooth, as opposed to the wired Android Auto connection, there's a solid 2-3 second audio delay. The delay is fine if you're just listening to music, but watching videos or playing games on your phone is pretty much impossible with the audio desync. It's frustrating given how expensive the unit is. This was supposed to be an upgrade from my old, cheap BOSS Audio radio, but that radio never had any audio lag. It's also doubly frustrating because it's not like I can just box it up and send it back; I'd have to take it to a shop, have them uninstall it, and reinstall the old radio, which would cost even more money, so I'm just stuck with it. If all you plan on doing is listening to music, then this radio is fine, but if you want to do anything else, I'd recommend going with another option.

Great sound, hard to maneuver and having difficulties with Spotify. Instructions were not great

I used to have the pioneer avh4500nex and after purchasing this avh2550nex, I have to say, it was a great upgrade! Oh and amazing price.

I am so happy with the update. This includes hands free phone and back up camera!! Easy to use. GPS from my phone. Everything on an easy to use screen!!

I purchased the Pioneer-Multimedia DVD Receiver and had it installed in my truck at Best Buy. I have what I need for my daily commute.

This radio sounds great & when I plug in my phone it is an gps that plays music. If your looking to replace your radio this is the one would get.

Great system all around easy to use and has bigger watts than the stock stereo

The radio seems to be working well and with camera. Phone calls using Bluetooth come in clear with external mic.

Sound is good but AM radio doesn’t work. The technician said it can work for either AM or FM, not for both.

I had a pioneer stereo system that I installed in my F250 15 years ago and it went out. I installed this unit in my F2 50 pick up truck and love it. This is also the model I had installed by Best Buy in my Corvette. I’ve got an 07 that had a stereo that sucked. Speakers were great but the stereo itself left much to be desired. The stereo replaced it also and I love it.

So far I love this radio. The Android Auto works great with a beautiful display. Best Buy installation was timely and helpful.
