    The customer service was outstanding. Couldn't have been more helpful. Asked lots of questions so I ended up with the right player for my car. Even explained that a back-up camera would not work well on a 2012 Toyota Rav4 because of the spare tire location.

    I love the stereo. However, i wish that when i ordered it i was toldi needed to order an additional part to keep the factory settings for my steering wheel and backup camera. I needed to take it back a second time after getting that part to make adjustments. John in the Holyoke installation department is awesome.

    I would not have purchased this item if I knew it didnt have sirius xm , also my usb plug in my car is no longer used a long cord from my glove box is now the only usb option. The sound in the reciever is great, but very disappointed not being told the stereo did not have all the features needed
