I bought this for my girlfriend thinking it would be the perfect upgrade, it does half the job right, bringing her phone music into the car and being able to accept calls via bluetooth. However the automatic volume adjustment when the volume button is pressed is very annoying. As is the way the receiver is set up. The way it was installed with its bracket and were the volume buttons are located on the receiver make it uncomfortable to turn up the volume other than the steering wheel controls that came naturally with the model of car. It does its job, but i prefer my Sony.

It works. It only took 1.5 for them to put into the car. The picture quality is very good.

the guys did a great job installing my new stereo they did everything I asked them to do and more. They left my truck clean and showed me how to use it. Great Job!!!

everything works and sounds great. The only issue is my Bluetooth disconnects randomly while listening to Pandora, Phone (ASUS) works on various devices without issue. Currently best buy replaced unit and same issue.

Still new with it so hard to do review. Will give better review as I learn how to use it. Had cd in it and no clue how to turn back to radio lol not tech savvy

Everything works. The only issue is you have to connect to your phone thru a cable to do some things. You have to pay more to have complete Bluetooth access. Other than that a wonderful radio unit.

Advertised as SiriusXM-ready, includes 3 monthe free Sirius only to find out after installation an additional $60 part was necessary to make that a true statement.

I also want to send out a big THANKS to the Best Buy technicians who helped me choose the system, install, and showed me how to use. I will be back for more! I want to add the back up camera next!

Love it! Great change from factory radio. Wish the buttons to adjust was on the screen bc buttons are small and hard to push when driving.Install at Best Buy was a great experience.

Nice head unit. Really clear screen. Unit sets back in the install kit a little but it does not interfere with anything.

Good performance for the money! Got it installed in my RAM pickup, so we had a backup camera installed as well. Decent picture day or night for seeing that big backside area.

Immediately my stock speakers sounded way better, deeper bass and clearer highs. DVD player looks great, Android auto works, and all kinds of EQs.

Good head unit, has a lot of functions, haven't tried all of them yet. Wokrs really well with my Samsung Galaxy. Only thing that I would change is have the old school volume knob, dont care for the volume button.

I’m so glad I got this! The tech that put it in my car was very professional and had me educated in no time on my whole stereo system. I’m very pleased w overall experience w Best Buy and the tech Tony.

Best Buy did great job of installing. Radio very good, still trying to figure out how other parts work, CD player, etc. Disapointed in instruction pamphlet, 1 page, not much info.

This car radio is really good IT comes with all the functions we use today The only reason i dont give 5 stars is because the bluetooth function. when i am in a call sometimes the other person Doesnt hear me.

Price higher than I wanted to pay, but did anyway, Communication between sales store and installation store lacking, Installation store doesn't receive credit for cost of installation.

Just had the radio installed so i do not yet know much about the unit. on the drive home it worked and i was able to put the ac on.
