It is aweful that you can't speak with a human that works at the BestBuy stores. It is also aweful you can't reach a person that speaks English when you need help.

Excellent head unit, very smooth operation. If you're in between a more cost effective definitely spend the extra on this one. Screen clarity and responsiveness is great!

Nice system, very happy with it. I mainly use it while plugged in (android and apple), app integration is decent. Thinking of installing one in a second vehicle.

Price is a bit high but it offers a lot of nice features. It can show your tire pressure, give you a code if your check engine light comes on.

Haven't got this one installed yet due to backup from Christmas holidays and bestbuy techs are behind, we are scheduled for Feb. 1st. I do have a similar in my truck and love it.

Works as well as the ones that are factory installed. It’s nice to be able to answer the phone & messages on the display as well as making it easier to follow the navigation systems

The car radio I purchased has been nothing but a pain. The steering wheel controls quit working day 1, the DVD player doesn't play, the sound is terrible and the echo for the Bluetooth is not worth having. I should have gone and bought a much higher grade system. It is not easily compatible on a Ford product.

So far ok- coming from a Toyota factory installed head unit to this will take some time to get used to it. Took 3 weeks to get on the installation schedule so have only had installed for a week

I thoroughly enjoy how you are able to do everything by voice activation. Also able to use your favorite applications that are on the phone, such as Waze, iHeartRadio dot-dot...

This didn’t work for me but I brought it back and the cable that came with it wasn’t the right one to go with my car. They replaced it now I get more channels than normal and very clear

If I could find one flaw it is that the unit doesn’t auto dim the display at night so I have to go into settings and dim it manually every time I restart the car.
