Was an open box though and didnt have protector on the screen in box but was sold as new. Guess we will see.

My first appointment was a nightmare with nobody in the installation section and nobody paying any attention to customers showing up for appointments and or wanting to look at auto electronics. The whole section of the business needs to be re-thought as to how it is managed.
