at first the radio didn't want to come on but the radio seems to be working just fine now the installers were very helpful with guiding me in my radio purchase

This radio is scheduled to be installed on 7/15/19 due to our vacation. Geek Squad offered to install sooner but conflicted with our holiday schedule.

Bought this for my husband for Christmas and was really excited for him to be able to use hands-free with his phone! It's difficult to use and without the steering wheel controls, which we thought were included in the purchase of the "kit". Because his truck didn't already have the steering wheel controls, and none were added/included as was stated, it's not as convenient or easy to use as we had hoped. Disappointed.

Was finally able to have this installed,, was postponed due to covid 19. But was glad that they made new appointments. Working great.

Best Buy installed a new Pioneer stereo in our work truck. Very clean job! Installer explained how the radio works! Good overall experience!

Awesome stereo. Hands free. Talk text. Read back. Just love it. I put one in all 3 of my cars. ( they are older) Buy it!

Lacks some ability for connectivity to some devices, but good sound. Control buttons on panel are too small.

the unit looks great. I really like the touch screen. manual could be more inclusive and explain the various screens better. CD works great, haven't tried other strange modes with my phone yet. the most pressing problem is an extreme lack of reception in radio FM. waiting until all this corona virus restriction is lifted to get it back to geek sqaud to be checked out

Installing is easy. I bought an open box. Don’t know why I made that decision. Missing parts. Don’t buy open box stuff. Got everything figured out

overall, the device works well, but I find the screen completely unreadable due to glare on a sunny day, especially with sunglasses on. Also, the volume buttons are very small, and I find the remote control necessary to adjust it. Also, most of the functions on the remote control don't seem to do anything. The phone over speaker and microphone quality is good.

A bit pricey but we are talking about pioneer so having said that it exceeded all my expectations so I guess the money was well spent

Nice only problem sometime from apple car play to source audio cd it did not turn back on have to press manually to turn music back on

Into my car but it has been difficult to use the rear camera and the CarPlay doesn’t always connect and the connection to the phone goes in and out
