New RV’s do not come with Apple Play included on dash radio. This will replace current system for integrated maps and directions.

I had to buy two. The first one was detective. There was no guidance or audio sound. The person inside the car could not hear anyone talking on phone or Navigation or read text messages. I don't know if it was just installed wrong, but they told me it was defective and had to order a new one. The second one works as it should.

Great for the price. Does not receive AM stations as well. Installation completed by Best Buy techs, very professional work.

The unit was working great for the first month. Recently though, there have been 3 instances within a few days of each other where the unit will not turn on when the car starts. To activate it, you have to shut the car off and turn it on again. I'm not sure what's causing it to not connect. Hopefully this issue does not continue.

I am curious to know how much better would the in-dash GPS would be compared to the Carplay but all in all a good radio.

I have two major issues with this unit. First and most important is that using the lightning to usb cable to connect my iPhone does not always work. And that pretty well makes CarPlay useless on this unit. I have tried several different cords and unplugged and plugged back in many times. It just seems to work when it wants to. Second is that in certain light the screen is unreadable. Too much glare.

has a lot of features but hard to maneuver except with steering wheel control - doesn't have a knob to turn down volume for ex.
