Well it was working great until 1 day the Android Auto disappeared, The I pod still works and so did the other usb software that it has but android auto is gone. Pioneer said to reset and unplug the car battery so I did and still nothing. returning it and going another brand.

The item I purchased was supposed to be an open box deal. But when hooked up would turn on for half a second then shut back down. I followed the wiring diagrams perfectly. Double and triple checked my connections. I guess Best Buy's quality control Dept. didnt check it out good. I'll have to buy new only to make sure it's a working unit.

I was looking forward to being able to use all this radio's features and CD/DVD player .. WON'T FIT IN A FORD FUSION! I had to buy a more expensive upgrade without a CD player.

The unit was great but the Best Buy installers were unable to get it to play properly with the stock system in the 2014 Convertible Camaro. The sound volume was low, as if the stock amp wasn't properly hooked up.

I ordered this because I need to view my back up camera. Ita grainy and the line that supposed to tell me when Im near with other cars is useless because its not showing when I backed up reverse.

I have a Pioneer radio installed into my 2012 Toyota Highlander. As a result my car computer has malfunctioned and it will not open the back hatch and the radio functions on the steering wheel do not operate properly, air bag light it turned ON. I'm taking it to a Toyota dealer to see if the computer can be reset. So, although I like the radio, I'm not a fan of loosing many normal functions of the car.

Overall good suite of features though the UI feels a bit clunky on occasion. Had to do some cutting/shifting in my dash due to the depth of the application.

I should have spent the extra money and gotten a pioneer, the kenmore we got is not good. It is slow on its respond all the time. The tech sold us a front end camera which I did not need. It is a waste of money, should have used that money to buy a better back up camera and GPS. The GPS is slow when driving in catching up with the turns, Also the function is not that great-a bad product you shouldn't carry it anymore.

Nice unit but i think the volume button is to small or they need to relocate it difficult to operate while driving use remote

Still waiting to have it installed. Hoping to hear back from you to set up an appointment. I'm willing to go to a different location to have it installed. Thank you.

Features seem to be pretty good but I do not like the buttons for the volume when mounted in the car it is hard to access.

Looks great installed great but the radio has static even on local channels it cuts in and out

It's an okay radio. Sometimes I can't hear on my phone as well as the factory installed radio, but besides that, I like all the features.

Radio package contents did not include operator manual. Radio has many functions and they are nearly impossible to learn without directions.

Has great capabilities but if you have to use the buttons in the device to operate things such as the volume it is difficult because they are small and narrow.

I am trying to figure out android auto, one of the main reasons I bought it. So far AA is bad, period

While hooked up in the store the touchscreen is fast and responds to touch well. Once in a vehicle is seems to be slow and tempromental.

After two tries, two separate devices, and 7.5 hours of install time, it didn't work in my Kia Optima. The radio worked, but they couldn't connect the backup camera. For the short time I had it while I waited for a replacement, it was OK but not intuitive to use at all. There was no manual, had to go online and download one before I could figure out how to work it. I ended up trading it in for a JVC model.

Really wanted this the first in my car but the bezel around the radio is too large. Had to end up going with a Sony with no CD player -_-

Not all the features on the touch screen are touch Compatible, but overall I am very pleased with the performance and look and feel!
