    Works fine but the bluetooth only connect my apps to the phone. Unable to use phone functions with the bluetooth

    I bought this along with new speakers. The sound is the same as my old 20 year old speakers. If you must have this please buy an amp and sub woofer for a fuller sound. The andriod auto takes too long to set up once you start the car. I will say it is nice to have bluetooth but I could have had that for a much cheaper price.

    Touch screen doesn’t work at times. Not easy to operate while driving. Very complicated. Im not happy with it.

    Can’t pair with overhead tv, the volume button on the top doesn’t work. It gets confusing

    Don't like fact wont unlock for video when car is in park. Says unlawful for front seat viewing.

    Having some issues with CarPlay. Sometimes it doesn’t start up. Music played out of one speaker

    I haven’t used it yet due to the Coronavirus. My instillation appointment was canceled.

    Terrible customer service. The kid in the Car audio installation department is rude and dose poor quality of work. Showed up for my scheduled appointment and was told he wasn’t going to install all the equipment I purchased. Had to get the manager out there to correct that issue. The job was scheduled for three hours and it took six. On arrival to pick up the truck I pointed out to the service tech that the stereo they installed in my dash was crooked. His reply was that he didn’t realize it because the poor lighting in their shop. Said I would have to schedule another appointment for them to straighten it out. Won’t be back !!

    Not Working Correctly

    The unit doesn't shut down by itself and I already had to buy a new battery for my 2014 Nissan Rogue and lost the multiple camera views... only has the back-up camera.

    Since install was nothing but problems. Draining my battery. Bad connections.

    Not happy with this radio especially for the cost. Not the radios fauly but have gotten twice from bestbuy and had issues both times. Ordered it from my audio shop after the second time and the new one working perfect

    Worth stereo I bought this one Nov 2020 . But because of Covid didn’t received my wire harness til Feb 2021 . Had this stereo installed The volume was low . They removes the stereo I took it back to Best Buy . They sent it out for repair when unit got back . They said nothing was wrong with it all they did was factory reset and updated . Took it back to get installed once again . now there was sound coming out of one speaker only. I called pioneer they said now send it to them to be look at . What upsetting is I’m losing all my money on insulation fees For a bad stereo . They should exchange it instead . Here we are 4 months and still can’t use my stereo .

    Parking sensors don’t work anymore

    After having Best Buy install this Pioneer unit my parking sensors no longer work . Wished they would have let me know that before . I would have purchased something else . Very disappointed.

    Not as expected, frequently disconnects from phone and restarts. Also it doesn't suit well for my car, needs to replace the original dash and replace it with some plastic which gives nasty look. Not recommended
