I wasnt aware when I purchased it, but it was infuriating. The only way to establish a constant connection was through Android Auto or Apple Play. I returned it and upgraded to a Kenwood.

I had to want a month just to get it installed because there was no available installer at the store I purchased it at. Would not work with my backup camera, sound constantly cutting in and out. Ended up switching out for a completely different one after geek squad refused to do any troubleshooting.

A few days before it was to be installed, I received a call from the store and was told the installation was on hold. That was three weeks ago. I usually love everything I get from Best Buy which is why I went there. This is the first tome they have let me down.

You can't change android auto theams or use any app but music and maps

I would love to tell you they work and sound great BUT until they get installed ( witch I paid for ) they are paper weights. They (best buy) are installing things in peoples home BUT not if peoples cars.
