    Bought two units. One for my wife's car and one for mine. I would love to tell you they work and sound great BUT until they get installed ( witch I paid for ) they are paper weights. They (best buy) are installing things in peoples home BUT not if peoples cars.

    The Apple play doesn’t work

    About a month after I had it installed, the Apple play stopped working. It’s glitchy. It crashes. Sometimes the screen totally blanks out. Tried to reach out to Best Buy but they’re closed for corona. Afraid I’ll never get it fixed. Please help.

    Twice this radio has stopped working. It was fixed once. It was an issue with the wiring. Today it stopped again. Ill be calling best buy again tomorrow.

    Good unit. I wish now i woyld not have returned it. As per manager(Chris) advice.He found another, saved$150 then proceeded to sell me a Total Tech...

    I am not able to provide a review as it hasn't been installed. I could not get an installation date until August 12th.

    Remote missing. Box shows wear condusive of MANY returns. Time for an as is clearance rack sale. I ordered a NEW head unit versus rolling the dice on another open box.

    Headache of a radio. Radio stays muted after phone calls for no reason. YouTube displays on radio....but the sound still coming out of phone.

    Won’t turn on anymore can’t find the problem. I had no issues for the first 20 days now I’m having a bunch of issues with it turning on and off all the time.

    I was all excited to get this once it got installed there was so much a hidden costs that I had it taken out within a week. If you’re going to buy the stereo make sure you have all the cost upfront

    I cant review it. I have been waiting for a harness for weeks now. This is the worst service I have ever gotten. Waiting weeks for a harness is nuts. I cat believe it

    Had problems with this radio, it may have been a lemon. But it kept turning off after it played for a little bit. I exchanged it for something else

    Have not recieved it yet 2 months to imstall. I get it march 3 and bought it in Jan. The more i think about this the more i regret buying it. Thank you Steve
