Went to work & it was fine. Went out to truck for lunch & it worked fine. Left work & just got a white screen with a red, blue, purple, green & yellow line running vertical through it. I guess to be fair a few weeks before it was probably starting to die as it would shut itself down & then power back up. The blue tooth never worked well on it. A quick google search & this is very common problem with these. Seems these were through the factory getting very poor wiring on the inside. It's at Pioneer now. Hopefully they either fix it or send a new unit.

The bluetooth phone call quality was horrible for both people on the call. Radio quality was good, but that was it. Returned for a Kenwood, which has been flawless so far.

About a month ago the unit started glitching out and then stopped working. This Best Buy has installed another radio that also took a poo on me. I don't know if it's the geek squad that is installing my radios wrong, or if it's my choice of radios that I'm having them install. Overall this radio worked great for about 7 months and then the screen went solid black and sometimes a white screen with colored lines running through it.

Posted .I am sorry to hear the screen was broken. Unless it was an open-box item, they do not look in the box. I would suggest returning it to your store. You can also contact Best Buy at 888-237-8289. They will try to assist you with the problem.
