Bluetooth/Apple CarPlay functions completely faulted out after 4 months of usage. No sounds. I tried contacting Pioneer for the warranty repairs/replace and they are giving me the run around, DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY PIONEER PRODUCTS!

You can use this link to create a repair ticket, http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/repair.
This will allow you to ship the unit in for warranty repair.

ALL OF A SUDDEN THAT NIGHT, the radio displayed a white screen and froze! *****THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AT NIGHT!! IT WILL COMPLETELY BLIND YOU!***** Nearly caused me to wreck! I tried to reset it with the pin hole reset button on the front! Right back to a white screen! Now it continually goes to a white screen! I had to take it out of the car just so I could drive! THIS IS A DANGEROUS AND FLAWED RADIO, SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

All it does is show a white screen with a bunch of colored lines running through it and get stuck and rebooting Mode. After looking up on Google, I discovered that this problem happens to many of these units.

These units die, just after warranty

The first died with the white screen fault just out of warranty. The second is now glitchy, sometimes white screen, sometimes just black/won't turn on. My wiring is fine. I was hoping Pioneer meant a quality product. I can't recall the last time I bought any electronics that died, but clearly this unit has issues. Kenwood Excelon replacement has been great and at least has a two year warranty.
