    Very unsatisfied what I was promised was not delivered and the installing tech said he would call me back and never did

    Do not buy this item. Stopped working after 10 months. Pioneer will make you send it back for repair but will not pay for installation, shipping, dealer fees etc… not worth it. Look elsewhere.

    The unit was defective. It would power on, but would not move past the start menu had to return it.

    I bought my Pioneer with the expectation that I could still use my Ipod to play my selections. I paid for the USB hook-up and the other plug - either of which I expected would work. Neither do. I need to go back and have this resolved.

    Bad product went bad in 9 months. Screen turns white with colored lines, it cuts out while playing, facorty resets your settings whenever it does decide to work. All around bad product do not recommend.

    Terrible product, pioneer customer service is useless. I've had this unit for 4 months and after 2 months the screen started glitching out. Pioneer does not cover shipping back for warranty and then charges you for repairs.

    Audio system stop working

    I had the audio system install two days ago. And after running a few errands today,get back in the car and system didn't come on???

    Stopped worked after an year. I was just out of warranty :( . Initially screen rebooted itself and then went completely blank. I tried updating the firmware but no luck.

    This deck was afordable but screen resolution is trash. Menu settings are limited and would be worth it if it was priced at 100 bucks. But regreting this purchase.

    Went out after 16 months. After reading forums it's very common with this model post covid. Buy something else and save yourself money and time.

    Arrived to have the stereo installed and was told they closed the installation department. someone should have contacted me and scheduled the appointment with the closest center instead of wasting my time.

    For GPS had to plug in my phone,settings sux,had to download an app just to get more access to settings and touch screen is not as sensitive as expected

    I had this radio less than 30 days and it blew a fuse. Then 29 days later it stopped working . It shuts off and on . It stays on the main screen for days then starts working again . I do not recommend this brand

      You are correct, the DMH-1770NEX does not support wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto.
      You would need to plug your smartphone to the USB cable.
      For wireless Apple CarPlay or wireless Android Auto, you would want to consider a model like the DMH-W2770NEX. The "W" indicates wireless. PUSATechAnswers
