    Worked fine for about 8 months, then started glitching out, white screen multiple lines. Had to send back for warranty repair which was $40 for shipping. Ended up buying an ATOTO, while I got the run around from Pioneer on the warranty. Much happier with new unit more functionality.

    Started malfunctioning after a year and a half

    I've owned this unit for a year and a half and it doesn't connect automatically to the Bluetooth anymore and doesn't function properly. Don't buy.

    Worked fine for about 4 months and has not given up on me. This stereo has a permanent problem where it reboots and stays on the start up screen. I’m so disappointed and not satisfied with this model considering how expensive it was. I’d stay away from it.

    After waiting 2 months for a install I get there and my install date wasn’t set up but the guy was nice and took me anyway. Now the problem I have is that the radio doesn’t cut on like it’s supposed to and now I have a appointment to correct that. The installer was great

    Stopped working about 10 months into its usage after install by Geek Squad. Incredibly finicky bootup cycle that often stalls or gets stuck in a loop. Item is bricked for me and it is 1.5 years old.

    I do not recommend the stereo because after your owning it, it turns off and on and it doesn’t work it was designed during Covid with cheap parts

    Do not buy this item. Stopped working after 10 months. Pioneer will make you send it back for repair but will not pay for installation, shipping, dealer fees etc… not worth it. Look elsewhere.

    I bought my Pioneer with the expectation that I could still use my Ipod to play my selections. I paid for the USB hook-up and the other plug - either of which I expected would work. Neither do. I need to go back and have this resolved.

    Terrible product, pioneer customer service is useless. I've had this unit for 4 months and after 2 months the screen started glitching out. Pioneer does not cover shipping back for warranty and then charges you for repairs.

    Bad product went bad in 9 months. Screen turns white with colored lines, it cuts out while playing, facorty resets your settings whenever it does decide to work. All around bad product do not recommend.

    Stopped worked after an year. I was just out of warranty :( . Initially screen rebooted itself and then went completely blank. I tried updating the firmware but no luck.

    This deck was afordable but screen resolution is trash. Menu settings are limited and would be worth it if it was priced at 100 bucks. But regreting this purchase.

    Arrived to have the stereo installed and was told they closed the installation department. someone should have contacted me and scheduled the appointment with the closest center instead of wasting my time.
