    Sadly Disappointed

    Disappointed to say the least. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Now 18 mos. later, the navigation stopped working. I went back to my local Best Buy and they no longer have installers to assist with this issue. I was given the choice of driving 2 hrs and 45 mins away in one direction, or drive more than hour away in another direction for assistance. DO NOT bother. It's not worth the hassle.

      They will provide options for warranty assistance.
      Unfortunately we cannot help with the removal of the unit. Since you do not have a Best Buy near you, you might try local stereo shops.
      If you bought an extended warranty with Best Buy, to cover the removal, contact Best Buy at 888-287-7658. They will try to assist you with the problem. PUSATechAnswers

    HORRIBLE

    It was great while it worked. Now I have the white screen of death and it freezes all the time. Pioneer added a year to the warranty because of the issues. Unfortunately for me, its past the 2 year mark and they will not fix it. Not a best buy issue but a radio, pioneer issue. DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO

    I thought Pioneer was the best but…

    I bought the radio on Christmas day 2021. I was so happy with it for 13 months. Then it started having a white screen with vertical lines about half the time. Will not do anything during this time. Eventually it will start to work again but only momentarily. I called Pioneer and it was out of warranty. They said this is a known issue with the radio model and they will repair it for $100. I looked online and there is a massive amount of the same radios with the same issue. In my opinion they should make it right if it is their fault. When I buy a Pioneer I expect it to last 13 years not 13 months. This is not the same Pioneer brand that I grew up having. I do not recommend.

    They failed to order the stereo, then said that I would need to order it even though it was already paid for. Terrible customer service!

    Less than a week!

    Hello, i got this installed less than a week ago and it already stopped working. I have a Nissan versa 2015 and the radio was working perfectly until today when i turned it on and then it turned off and never turned back on. Im so sad and heartbroken that i might have to replace it because i really like this radio!

    Poor online support

    This item needed a special part for my 2017 rav4. Even though I went through the Best Buy representative who I went through procured all the parts needed I think that if the parts procured better fit my vehicle needs I would have been much happier with this product. I’m keeping it but am not happy with the experience of ordering online. I would not recommend to anyone else due to the poor process in place. I would be willing to change my mind but I think the people in the automotive department and the online representives need to communicate better.

    I bought this car play radio at first it was working well. However, after a year, it died on me. I received a screen of death on the radio. Avoid this radio.

    Not compatible with iPhone 16.

    Worked fine with iPhone 14. Easy to install the Pioneer reverse camera with this system. Can’t get CarPlay to work with iPhone 16 using the USB-C cable. Updated the firmware and still no help.
