    Stopped working

    Worked great until it stopped working. It’s frozen white screen with lines. I contacted Pioneer and they said it’s common but won’t fix because it’s just over 2 years.

      I am sorry to hear you are having a problem obtaining warranty on your DMH-1770NEX.
      While we want to offer unlimited warranty, 2 years from the date of purchase is the most we can extend on this product. PUSATechAnswers

    Broke after 1 year

    I bought this radio for my dads older car and he loved it but the screen went black and the radio produces no sound after just over a year with it. The best buy in East Lansing won’t fix it and his only option is to have the old radio reinstalled. DO NOT BUY THIS RADIO.

    It tells you it is compatible with your Jeep . No one said you would not be able to use your subwoofer & rear speakers. I got in my car started looking around . Could not get sound in rear. Went back in ask the tech, why ? Oh if I spend another $100.00 upgrade it will work!

      I am sorry they did not explain ahead of time.
      To retain the factory system on newer vehicles usually requires special adapter kits. The cost will vary by the vehicle. PUSATechAnswers

    The radio worked great for 2 months. Now it works when it feels like it. More often then not I get a white screen and a radio that is unresponsive. I have tried the reset button on the front. I’ve tried a factory reset. I have tried unplugging it directly. Nothing changes. Super disappointed in this pioneer head unit.

    ZERO rating. Installation service is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!!!!! Purchased in Nov2022, Install sked in Dec2022 got moved to Jan2023. Showed up today only to be told to be sked for Feb!

    This item is a complete waste of money. You will spend more time clearing your devices out of the memory and readding them than you will listening to music.
