The protection plans are exactly what they are stripped to be. Ibhad an issue and bestbuy was able to fix everything. Exchange to installation was flawlass. Everyones communication was exact. Thank you.

Comes SiriusXM ready and I paired it with a SXV300 to get satellite reception. Android Auto and CarPlay are easy to access and use. Bluetooth call quality is great with included microphone. Installation was a breeze. Did it myself with an aftermarket harness and dash kit. Abundant customization options for a low end unit like this one. I highly recommend.

About a month ago the unit started glitching out and then stopped working. This Best Buy has installed another radio that also took a poo on me. I don't know if it's the geek squad that is installing my radios wrong, or if it's my choice of radios that I'm having them install. Overall this radio worked great for about 7 months and then the screen went solid black and sometimes a white screen with colored lines running through it.
