I purchased this touchscreen audio receiver/sterio for my daughter’s car and she absolutely loves it! Best Buy did a beautiful job installing it and the price was so much better than Car Toys.

I love it. Easy to use. Clean display and sleek design.

Not completly compatible with the speaker and amp system, but the great guys installing it got it to work.

This is my fourth NEX series deck to install. No issues at all. The crossover and equalizer are great and will instantly improve the sound of stock speakers. Installed this deck into a 2013 Grand Cherokee. Paired with Crux steering controls and everything works flawlessly.

The ease of use was very complicated. It also was not Sirius XM ready like I was told! My installer was awesome, patient, but needed help from the Toyota corporation.

Everyone was efficient! I’m just a girl so all the conversations had were thorough and diligent. The mechanics who worked on my installation were amazing! 10/10

Great quality radio. And yes, you can play movies off of it.

Same problem as the others you will see. Do NOT purchase this unit. These are clearly defective. Pioneer extended their warranty because of pressure from the public to 2 years instead of 1. They will repair but only if oy are within 2 year window from date of purchase and have your original receipt. Mine went out within that timeframe, but unfortunately I did not know about the repair program and am now past the window. I'm sure their response will be that they are so sorry to hear about my experience, but we are so great because we extended the warranty, yadda, yadda. If that were true they would refund or repair all of these garbage units. No more Pioneer products for me ever again.

I made a very good purchase and it was installed by Best Buy! The Best Buy installer did a great job and was very knowledgeable and helpful going over it usage. He had a very great attitude and was a good people person too!

Apple Carplay and sound quality is great. Even works with our real entertainment system.

Turned my 2007 into a late model vehicle. I have a backup camera

DO NOT BUY IT! it worked fine for a couple of months then I started having static in the speakers thinking my speakers needed to be replaced but the static would continue. The sound from the speakers would also cut out randomly but the worst part is when the deck would turn off randomly and continue to restart repeatedly. I have to send the deck to Pioneer in California since it’s still under the manufacturers warranty. We will see what happens. FYI, I also have a friend that has the same issue. I didn’t know he had this deck before purchasing.

Bought this to replace the factory unit in my dad's Escalade. Does everything expected, and does it well. I'll be putting one in my own Navigator as well. And the install was done very professionally.

Nice stereo for the money. Plug in Apple CarPlay works well. Installed in a 2015 Wrangler, bought the steering wheel controls interface and the SiriusXM receiver with the antenna adapter to use the factory satellite antenna, all work great.

Easy to navigate. Screen has good resolution except when light reflecting on it.
