    Honestly, it has been working great since I got her installed, did have to buy some extra wiring harness because I'm not a master electrician though.

    Great value. Easy to install. I do recommend installing the steering volume control as it is not easy to use the volume control in the stereo.

    Amazing Radio perfectly fits and amazing features

    Its perfect, this radio fits perfectly in the car itself and adds so much to the car itself. The carplay is amazing its so helpful and fun.

    Don't Buy; It's Garbage!!

    Garbage. Don't bother. This radio barely works. I paid over $500 to have this garbage installed in my car. No matter how many times I scan to get radio stations, I can't get a couple of my favorite FM stations. Static is under all of my favorite stations that I like to listen to. If I was listening to AM radio, I might understand static under these stations but FM?! I'm now on the chat feature trying to get a live person so I can find out how to return and have this piece of garbage removed from my car. Your customer service is also awful because I've been waiting for an agent for 20 minutes

    Going on my third unit

    Make sure you get some geek squad protection on this unit. Sounds good, looks good, but unfortunately theres been trouble with the mainboards going bad over time.Purchased my first unit back in late 2021, had to replace early 2022, the second unit worked pretty good for the most part until recently, and now I need to get it replaced again. The problem is that qhen it boots up, it freezes up or shows a white screen.

    Have about a year with it no issues. Only when I updated it the screen froze but still had one year warranty and pioneer fixed it for free

    So I had an aftermarket stereo and decided to get a different kind and when with this one only issue I'm having is the screen response late or not at all times

    This beeps loudly several times when you first turn on the car. It also changed the sound of the blinker and it is also very annoying. We have found no way to turn these sounds off or down.

      This would be an issue with the factory interface module. If you used iDatalink, look for OEM Settings in the System Menu. Here you can adjust the beep volume. PUSATechAnswers

    Big Mistake - Run

    Worst decision ever! You get what you pay for. It just doesn’t function well. It turns on automatically if you hit a bump. It’s just ridiculous! Is it because of poor installation? Quite possibly! Never again, Geek Squad! Never again! Do yourself a favor! Go to a real car audio shop. Pay more; get more! If you’re keeping a car instead of trading it in, then it’s worth the extra cost. Trust us!

      We are sorry to hear you are having a problem with your DMH-1770NEX.
      If the unit shuts off or turns on when you hit a bump, it is most likely a loose connection.
      I understand you may not be happy with the Best Buy installation. You might talk to the manager and see if they have a different install technician, or maybe a different store. PUSATechAnswers

    Bought it as a birthday gift for my dad. He wanted a little more clarity and volume and I wanted something easy for him to operate and this for the bill. Very happy with the purchase and quality.

    Great system, get the audio control in the wheel

    The system works great and looks great I just wish I had my steering wheel volume control connected to it, due to the small volume buttons on the side.
