    Great radio and great phone. I have not received any complants on the other end of the phone.

    It shuts off randomly!!

    Its a good raido when it wants to be, i had it for 4 months it stopped working after 2 months having it. Its shuts off randomly when im driving and also reset my settings when i turned car on. Had to return it because the model is defective i kinda glad i switch to alpine lol

    Pioneer DMH- 1770 Do not buy

    I've only had this unit for a little over a year and it's already broken. All it does is show a white screen with a bunch of colored lines running through it and get stuck and rebooting Mode. After looking up on Google, I discovered that this problem happens to many of these units.

    So far it seems to work great!! It had all of the features we were looking for in our upgrade.

    The tech did a great job. Friendly and the after market radio looks like it was as a factory install

    Horrible bluetooth call quality

    I bought this to replace a JVC b/c it was recommended by a in-store tech, but it turned out to not be so great. The bluetooth phone call quality was horrible for both people on the call. Radio quality was good, but that was it. Returned for a Kenwood, which has been flawless so far.

    These units die, just after warranty

    I bought two of these units wanting carplay and a backup camera. The first died with the white screen fault just out of warranty. The second is now glitchy, sometimes white screen, sometimes just black/won't turn on. My wiring is fine. I was hoping Pioneer meant a quality product. I can't recall the last time I bought any electronics that died, but clearly this unit has issues. Kenwood Excelon replacement has been great and at least has a two year warranty.

    Liked it while it worked. At almost exactly 1 year stereo died. Went to work & it was fine. Went out to truck for lunch & it worked fine. Left work & just got a white screen with a red, blue, purple, green & yellow line running vertical through it. I guess to be fair a few weeks before it was probably starting to die as it would shut itself down & then power back up. The blue tooth never worked well on it. A quick google search & this is very common problem with these. Seems these were through the factory getting very poor wiring on the inside. It's at Pioneer now. Hopefully they either fix it or send a new unit.
