All the bells and whistle are within this head unit. However ensure it fits your vehicle. Best Buy recommended it for my year make and model yet it's not a safe fit.

Absolutely outstanding stereo! The Android Auto is Awesome! The sound is stellar! It has great features, and a great Equalizer! Very appeasing appearance with multiple display options. Would highly recommend!

Solid 4.5 star radio. Excellent Sound/EQ capabilities, my stock speakers sound 1,000% better than they did with the factory radio that failed after 15 years. I'm still learning how to use the Android Auto features but haven't run into any issues there yet. Great mic pickup quality during calls and vocal responses to notifications that come in while I am driving. Issues: 1) The deck does not fully fit in the opening on my 2006 Subaru STI. (The face plate apparently 3 to 5mm larger than a standard double DIMM opening.) I had to use a Dremel to grind off some of my plastic trim for the piece to fully snap back into place. 2) Volume buttons are too tiny (as other reviews mention) when attempting to turn the volume up and you go over a bump you end up pressing the mic or volume down button instead. I have been trying to use the included remote while driving to change the volume or advance to the next song as the buttons on the remote are bigger and more spaced apart. What could be better? Higher screen resolution (it's 800x600), and the ability to play blu-ray discs. Not just DVD and CDs. (Yes I still uses discs!)

Replaced my stock Mazda CX-5 with this unit. Features and options have come a long way since my last aftermarket radio. CarPlay is nice to have. Sound quality is nice and user EQ options. The only “complaint” I have is the display quality. It’s ok but needs better resolution in my opinion. It was more of a matte look than what is the norm we see with lots of resolution on our smart phones. I think the Kenwood has higher res displays but a higher price tag too. Overall a good starter unit if you want to jump in to CarPlay.

I got this to replace a out of warranty Connect radio. This was on sale with free installation, so it was a great deal. Very happy with the radio and its features. Be aware that the microphone will be placed somewhere on the dash, and the USB connector is a cord that comes out your dash or center panel as well. Touch screen works well, Apple Carplay is flawless. Very happy with the purchase.

So far I have enjoyed the radio. It has the features I wanted and needed to combine entertainment and navigation. My hands are as steady as they once were so the remote is great when changing the volume. The HD radio has amazing reception and sound, the equalizer preset modes add a WOW factor I didn't expect.

Replaced my radio in my Class B RV with this gem, the Pioneer AVH-2550NEX. Best Buy's tech team did a great job incorporating the back up camera & steering wheel controls that I had in my previous set up. Works flawlessly! I installed this Pioneer radio along with some new JBL speakers and the sound is incredible. The radio works great with Android Auto!

Why did I wait so long to replace my original SUV radio for my 2003 Envoy? The Pioneer AVH-2550NEX 6.8" touchscreen DVD Receiver offers everything, from seamless integration with your smartphone. These options are Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Weblink, Spotify and Pandora controls, built-in Bluetooth, HD Radio, and iDatalink to name a few. It has an intuitive, customizable VGA interface where you can set your home screen to display your favorites. It looks great, all functions work properly including Android Auto with my Pixel 5. The user interface is easy and user-friendly. It's the best car stereo I've ever owned. I bought this unit and had it installed by Best Buy in early December 16, 2020. I'm still learning about this stereo and what can do. This is really a nice unit with a capability that can do so much and more. There are no disappointments here! You can expect nothing less from a pioneer. I have always been satisfied with their products. The Apple Car Play and Bluetooth works flawlessly.

This was a great upgrade to my stock system. 50w per channel was completely adequate. The Android auto is a great feature. This head unit gives you complete control over the sound and combined. Was able to maintain steering wheel controls with ADS Maestro iDatalink. Also, big shout out to the Best Buy install guy who did a fantastic job of installing it.

I upgraded my factory radio in my 2007 Chevy Avalanche to this unit because of the Android Auto and Bluetooth. I have found that all of my music fits on a usb drive which I plug into the jack for the Android auto or apple car play and all of my music is now available to play anytime. I also bought all new speakers for the truck and the sound is amazing even without adding an amplifier.

I had a Pioneer that came from the factory in 2013. It still worked great, but recently I rented a car with ApplePlay, and I loved how easy it was. I am extremely pleased art the sound quality and ease of operation. The side volume buttons are a little small, but I use the steering wheel controls. Great radio. Breathed new life into my Jeep® Wrangler.

I installed this in our 2016 Wrangler as well as all new speakers. Man this thing is awesome. We have a pioneer deck in our other vegicle so we wanted another one similiar for ease of operation. This thing is great and it plays dvds. Couldnt be happier. Best buy was the cheapest out of all retailers we checked

Love the apple CarPlay, and backup camera. Got the serious radio, hook up The only negative to me Is the so called e-brake safety thing, can’t do certain things (while you driving) if you don’t get it disabled. No Best Buy won’t do it for you, it a safety thing. Can’t put Trolls (the movie) on for the grand kids, and ride down the road :( lol....

I put this in my 2002 Eclipse. I've very happy to have the android auto which allows me to use Google navigation. The back up camera is nice too when backing out of the parking lot. The syncing of the phone to the stereo isn't always flawless... It sometimes gets glitchy. I've experienced this in rental cars as well so maybe not surprising... I use amazon music and wish that it integrated better but it's operational.

Love the receiver and all of its options - but a remote was not included as indicated on the receiver packaging. Buttons are a mite small for my big hands. Display is excellent.

With the exception of not having the ability to display the Outside temp feed from my Chevy Colorado this Pioneer lived up to expectations. Only problem is sometimes the speak function for the Bluetooth connection to my Android phone wont work, but haven't been able to pinpoint why as yet. Android Auto works great as does the HD radio and the Sirius. Happy so far but only had it installed for a week now.

I was totally surprised by the way this stereo looks fit. It looks like it was factory installed. All the Features work with my steering wheel controls. I like the Apple control. The touch buttons are just like using my phone. From now on all my vehicles will be equipped with Apple play. I recommend this stereo as a great replacement. It’s easy to use and easy to sync up your phones.
