There needs to be an immediate mute/off button, not a hold down and wait for the radio to turn off. I also had to buy a screen diffuser, it was way to reflexive. Sound is good, but buttons need to be bigger and quicker.

The Screen is really high quality with good resolution. The price is absolutely reasonable. Pleased with results and performance of the service technician. Had to set device to not display album graphic when operating in bluetooth or display would freeze with ERR 60-02.

Try clearing the Bluetooth on your phone and do the Restore Settings in the radio. Then pair them up again and see if you continue to get the error.

Quality car stereo replacement

The install process from Best Buy was smooth. The responsiveness of the touch screen and overall experience have been great! The price was very competitive compared to similar units from lesser known brands.

I was looking for Android Auto, XM ready, didn't care about a CD player. For the small price difference this unit gains an HD Radio receiver as well as loses the old style buttons across the bottom for touch sensitive on the side. Touch screen is sensitive and responsive. Install was simple, I used a vehicle interface from CRUX systems that was much cheaper than the option suggested from here - this allows retention of the JBL amplifier in my car as well as the steering wheel controls. Only complaint is that when listening to standard or XM Radio the preset buttons and other menu buttons take up some of the screen - would be nice if these could be hidden to expand radio information (song/artist, graphics, etc) to full screen. Otherwise this is a great receiver.

I was fortunate to have Best Buy Geeks Squad provide the professional installation as i also had them install the module so I could use the steering wheel controls

Check the connection of the orange/white illumination wire. When the headlights come on, it should have 12 volts. When the headlights go off, there should be no voltage. This is how the unit dims at night.
You can also go into the settings and set it by time or manually.
If needed, contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They will walk you through the menus.

So far it's been great and having Bluetooth plus Android Auto capability has been much nicer than wires and an FM transmitter.

No Regrets. Big step up from my previous double din Pioneer. This unit has everything my stock unit had that i gave up and then some.

I was holding off on buying a radio for such a long time because I didn’t like how bad the screens looked for it being 2021, until I saw this one. Screen is very quick responding too.

Piece of Trash

Sometimes when car starts, screen will literally stay black and take MINUTES to finally power up. And after just one year, Android Auto stopped working on it.... and my Google Maps is no longer acessible on the device either making me always have to use Waze. The device is just janky in general!! Waste of money smh.

Great stereo at a budget

Great sound and multitude of fine tuning options allows to setup sound to your exact preference. My only con is that I miss having a rotary volume dial.
