Excellent sound quality and very competent installation at Bestbuy Knightdale, NC. This replaced a factory NAV unit on a 2009 Honda CR-V w/ OEM premium sound system. The OEM speakers really came alive, and the OEM backup camera now has a much better image quality with the Pioneer multimedia player.

I think the option keys are too small and I take my eyes off the road too long trying to find them. There needs to be an immediate mute/off button, not a hold down and wait for the radio to turn off. I also had to buy a screen diffuser, it was way to reflexive. Sound is good, but buttons need to be bigger and quicker.

radio is great. the installation tech Marcus knew his stuff and helped us chose the right model for our needs and did an excellent job installing it in our 96 land cruiser

Great Quality! The double din has soo many features. The Screen is really high quality with good resolution. The price is absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality with many features double din at a good price.

Got it for my truck for the Apple CarPlay feature. So glad to have it. My brother liked mine so much that I got it for him as an Xmas gift

This Pioneer unit replaced an OEM radio on my 2012 Subaru Outback. The install process from Best Buy was smooth. The responsiveness of the touch screen and overall experience have been great! The price was very competitive compared to similar units from lesser known brands.

Originally had chosen the DMH-1500 but was out of stock so upgraded to this unit. I was looking for Android Auto, XM ready, didn't care about a CD player. For the small price difference this unit gains an HD Radio receiver as well as loses the old style buttons across the bottom for touch sensitive on the side. Touch screen is sensitive and responsive. Install was simple, I used a vehicle interface from CRUX systems that was much cheaper than the option suggested from here - this allows retention of the JBL amplifier in my car as well as the steering wheel controls. Only complaint is that when listening to standard or XM Radio the preset buttons and other menu buttons take up some of the screen - would be nice if these could be hidden to expand radio information (song/artist, graphics, etc) to full screen. Otherwise this is a great receiver.

I just replaced my stock head unit in my 2009 Honda Fit. So far it's been great and having Bluetooth plus Android Auto capability has been much nicer than wires and an FM transmitter.

So after Reading Several reviews throughout the web and patiently waiting for over a year, i went ahead and treated my to this Head unit. No Regrets. Big step up from my previous double din Pioneer. This unit has everything my stock unit had that i gave up and then some.
