Excellent for the price. Have not used Alexa integration but everything that I have tried seems to be working well. One thing that I do not like is that for Bluetooth calling, there is only 3 volume setting. The volume up/down do not seem to adjust volume. Maybe there is a hidden setting.

Love the stereo has everything I need with various plugs for powered amps, stereo settings for EQ best part my vehicles diesel so kinda noisy mic tunes out background noise making crystal clear phone calls then bumps so loud drowns out diesel noise perfect for my use

As advertised, radio works great in 2010 jeep wrangler. Installation was good and timely once we got an appointment.

Replaced a factory radio in a 2011 Impala. Great upgrade to hands free features. Turn signal sound is a little more ‘electronic’ sounding than I like but everything else is great.

I purchased this for my Jeep Wrangler and have had issues with intermitting power loss. The unit will cut off and then turn back on after a few minutes. I was made aware that the unit was still under warranty and I requested to exchange it for a different model only to be told that they would have to send it off for repair. This left me with a hole in my dash and no stereo. (NOT HAPPY)

Items were purchased online & delivered to the store. The installation was performed in a timely fashion.

Works great. Only downfall is if you use Bluetooth to connect to your phone, this eventually fails. It stops connecting and i end up using android auto via phone cable.

Bought this for my wifes scion xB, went in pretty easy and my wife is super happy with its functionality. Would definitely recommend for others!

Delighted with my purchase. The technician / installer was as knowledgeable as he was helpful. As he pointed out the differences of options I was interested I was able to making an educated decision. The con in this unfortunately was that the store is very under staffed. I finally tracked down a sales person who worked in “car stereo dept.” was a waste of time. The sales person was not knowledgeable at all. He was unable to answer simple questions of the receivers on display. In fact the stereo system display board was not active. I asked to speak to the store manager. She soon came over & explained the only person(s) who have knowledge on their products were the technician / installer on duty. When I asked to speak to their technician / installer I was told I needed to make an appointment with said technician / installer. After making a bit of a stint the manager call the technician / installer over. Not good BEST BUY. Next time I will do a better job of educating myself & purchase product via Amazon as the lack of knowledge based sales people are slim pickings at BEST BUY!

Bought this unit to replace a older unit that was having issues after 12 years so pioneer was my only choice great product

Noto fully installed yet, due to incorrect installment kit sent twice. I bought the correct kit from Amazon and will return to have the radio fully installed on January 7. What a hassle. The installers are wonderful, the parts availability is crap!

This is a nice head unit. It was easy to install and made subwoofer even louder than previous stereo I had. All the staff was helpful and online purchase was fast. It was ready in 15 min to be picked up.

Is great to have, especially for maps. Only negative is it doesn’t alert you when you get a text (that we know of). Civic back up camera had 3 options for the camera view and we’re not sure how to change the view on the new receiver. Best Buy did a quick install.

Associates who helped with the purchase were a great help! The installers were even better, ensuring that all controls worked and making sure I knew the DVD would no longer function. All in all, they did a great job.

Good product, great value. Works very well for an after market product. Main downside is that there is a bit of lag in data transmission. It’s takes a second or so to change songs, and sound lags when playing video.

I bought this for my boyfriends 2016 Toyota scion and he loved it! The design looks so sleek and fits well in the car. He was worried about the aux cord and the compatibility with his Samsung phone but it works great. Would 100% recommend!
