You are correct, we do not have SiriusXM built into our stereos. They are SiriusXM ready, which means you have to add the tuner.
Another option, if you use Android Auto or CarPlay a lot, you can use the SiriusXM app with them.

Not compatible

I went ahead and bought the unit because bestbuy said it was compatible. I scheduled the installation and after my return period was over, I was told the unit is not compatible with the car.

Sometimes specific features within the vehicle prevent you from using an aftermarket stereo.

nice radio

Hands free takes some time to get used to as well as looking for the right system controls. they are not real obvious and maneuvering through them can be difficult.

It is horrible! Not compatible with my Jeep's heating system, backup system, radio volume, does not have maps. I could go on and on. I have an appointment and want to have it taken out. I paid a pretty penny for something that doesn't work with my car and is NOT easy to program!

Crappy service

He recommended a "bullet" camera . I declined. He explained that he would be careful but sometimes broke things in installation.We left and got a call from him about an hour later that the tailgate camera was for a ford, not a Ram.I ok'd the bullet camera. When we returned three hours later, he was laughing/talking with another young man and doing something with him that involved both computer and their phones. I stood there ten plus minutes until he unlocked the door to the store and let the guy out. He then asked what I wanted, and had some attitude when I said I wanted my radio installed. He said it would another hour and a half or more.We returned later and eventually he brought the truck out and we left. Next day I signed up with Serius but could not connect.I looked for instructions for the radio,but none were in the truck.I printed 106 pages from my computer and looked up Serius. The instruction if having trouble was to check the antenna connection.Because the dash is completely enclosed, I went to my Ram dealer and for $135 he moved the dash aside and determined that no antenna was attached or in the truck.( handed the antenna to the installer when we took the packages out of the truck) I don't believe this rotten performance was an accident. I believe that , at the least, your company should connect the radio as you were supposed to do and refund my expense in discovering the cause of not receiving Serius.

Not iPhone 15 compatible

Which was the biggest feature we looked for. And now that I have upgraded phone, this radio is pointless for navigation. Purchased in Aug and now stuck with it. Thanks Pioneer.

Posted .While the DMH-2660NEX is not certified for the iPhone 15, we have tested it and found that it does work.
Please work with Apple to do resets on the iPhone.
Please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They can walk you through resets of the stereo.

Frustrated with Product and Best Buy

I purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy, but when I made an appointment to have it repaired, they told me that since I was a month past the one year mark that I had to contact Pioneer myself to have a new unit sent to me. So much for buying the Best Buy Protection plan. I've tried to call to speak to someone at least 25 times, only to be transferred to a voicemail that no one ever responds to. I'll never buy anything from Best Buy again.

FREE INSTALL SCAM NEEDS TO GO AWAY FOR GOOD!

Drove a hour to get this deck installed and they didn't even have half the parts. This was a PRESCHEDULED install made a week ahead of time. This "FREE INSTALL" scam needs to end. Thankfully I kept the chat log that showed how many times they lied to me about FREE install. Returned the deck. Done with Best Buy for good!

GARBAGE FOR $450

I just upgraded my cell to S22 ULTRA and there is just no compatibility. When I connect the cell the android auto icon on the main screen DMH-2660NEX is activated but when I activate the icon it only shows a dark screen. (Cable OK) And I have tested my cell with the same cable in several vehicles and it works perfectly.

Not happy

The infrequency and lack of availability in appointments for install has been baffling and every time I try to call the store, even to return a technicians call with an extension, I can never get anyone on the phone.
